Manage your studies - create, access, sort and filter

Updated over a week ago

Your Account Studies page gives you access to each study within your account. You can see past, present and future studies. From this page, you can view studies and create new ones.

Accessing the Account Studies

You can find the Account Studies page in the Left navigation panel underneath your Account name. If you have more than one account assigned, you can use the search bar to find the one you want to work with.

Navigating the Account Studies

If you have not created any study yet, the image below will be seen on your account. Here, you can "Start from scratch" and create a study from a blank canvas, or you can select one of our pre-existing templates.

Within each template, you'll see a brief description of the template topic and information regarding how many questions are included in the template and its length of interview.

If you've already created a study, your Account Homepage will appear as the image below. Learn more about creating studies in this article: How to design a survey.

You'll still have the option to create a study at the top (the drop arrow will allow you to select from the template options), and you can view your previously created studies below.

To open an existing study:

  1. Find the study in the study list.

  2. Click the name of the study.

  3. Alternatively, there are four icons to the right of a study name which redirect you to different pages within the selected study:

Study design: Click on Study design to view the page where the study is coded in detail. This page also contains quota tracking statistics for live studies.

LiveSlides: This option will bring you to the LiveSlides for that particular Study.

Answers: This option will bring you to the AI Open-End Manager page.

Download: This option will bring you to the Data Downloader page, where you can export your data into an Excel, .csv, or SPSS format.
