Access and edit your profile information

Your Profile settings page gives you access to the basic settings of your account. From this page, you can change profile settings, including your display name, profile picture, and contact information, as well as update your password. You can also manage notifications on the Notifications page.


To access this page, click on your profile picture/avatar in the top right portion of the screen and select "Profile settings."

Personal details

Personal details allow you to view and change your user information. These settings include your personal information, specifically your name, GroupSolver password, and profile picture.


Notifications

The Notification system will send you emails to give you data collection progress updates on studies in your accounts, as well as updates when your studies are launched, paused,

or have finished fielding.

“Study Changes” notify when the study enters a different state. Email notifications will be sent when one of your studies is “Launched,” “Paused,” or “Solved.”

“Progress notifications” notify when data collection reaches certain benchmarks. Email notifications will be sent when collection reaches 25%, 50%, and 75% completion.

Note: By default, Dashboard will display all study changes and progress notifications in the notifications panel.

To adjust the frequency of when you receive email notifications, click on the dropdown in the "Emails" section and select the frequency of email notifications that you would prefer:

  1. To turn off notifications, select “Never.” You will still receive important notifications.

  2. To set up regular hourly notifications, choose "Every hour," Every 4 hours," or "Every 12 hours."

  3. To specify the time of day that you receive email notifications, select “Daily” and use the drop-down menus to set the time you would like to receive notifications and the time zone that you live in.
