LiveSlides tab

The "LiveSlides" tab stores all created LiveSlides within an account.

To create a new LiveSlides presentation from this tab, click the "Create presentation" in the top left side part of the screen. Learn more about creating presentations in this article: LiveSlides - creating a presentation. To open a previously created presentation, click on its name.

Each presentation in the list has the following parameters:

  • Name

  • Sharing - the presentation can be either private or public

  • # of slides the presentation has

  • Studies - this lists all the studies that the presentation relates to

  • Created - the date when the presentation was created

  • Last modified - the date of the last modification

To search for a presentation, click the search bar at the top of the page and start typing in the presentation's name. As you type, presentations that match the characters you entered in the search bar will appear.

To sort your presentation list:

Click the drop-down menu to the right of the Search bar. Select the criteria by which you would like to sort your presentations:

  • Sort by name: Sorts studies in alphabetical order by name.

  • Sort by date created: Sorts studies based on the study's creation.

  • Sort by last study update: Sorts studies based on the last change to a study’s code or settings.

Click on the icon with three horizontal bars to set whether the sorting is based on a descending or ascending order.

Libraries tab

The “Libraries” tab stores all templates for an account. Templates can be viewed as pieces of a study that can be easily inserted into other studies within the account.

To create a new template from this tab, click the "Create template" in the top left side part of the screen. You will then need to fill out the template's name and description.

To open an existing template, click its name or on the "Study design" shortcut in the right portion of the screen.

To search for a template, click the search bar at the top of the page and start typing in the template's name. As you type, templates that match the characters you entered in the search bar will appear.
