Manage your account users and billing

Plans & Billing

The Plans and Billing tab includes the status of your current plan and the Billing information. On the top of the page, you can find what plan you have active and when it expires.

Below that, subscription details and activity encompass the following information concerning the account:

  • Completes - the actual number of completes for all studies within the account and the information on the total number of completes available for the plan.

  • Studies - the actual number of studies within the account and the information on the total number of studies available for the plan.

  • Users - the actual number of users within the account and the information on the total number of users available for the plan.

  • LiveSlides Built - the number of LiveSlides presentations built within the account and the information on the total number of presentations available for the plan.

Enter your billing information to get access to respondents via GroupSolver Panel, and purchase a subscription online. The payment method allows you to add a card or use ApplePay to pay for the account subscription. Buying and managing plans/subscriptions is only available to the Account admins.

On the bottom right side of the tab is a detailed Plans & Billing FAQ that can help you answer your burning questions.

General

The general tab allows you to manage the basic information related to the account.

You can change the account photo here. The account photo can also be animated once uploaded in the .gif format. Besides that, you can also change the account's name and contact person.

Plans

The plans tab allows you to change between the different billing plans and shows the information on your current plan. There are currently three plans available. Managing plans is only available to the account admins.

Users

Only account admins can create invitations. However, everyone can see a list of pending invitations. Invitations let you invite more people to collaborate on your account and help you better manage your team.

You can invite anyone as long as you use a valid email address. You can also specify upfront whether the user should have Admin or Editor (default) role. Only one email address can be entered in the email field at once. However, the modal window will stay open, so you can send multiple invites and close it.

Users get notified about all actions regarding invitations (created, canceled, accepted by the invitee, rejected by the invitee).

Payments

The payments tab shows the payment history for the selected Account. Here you can view the date of payment, price, and state. You can also see who ordered the payment and download the payment receipt.
