The GroupSolver platform already has a library of common questions to choose from. These questions can include common demographic information (gender, region, employment status, etc.) or perhaps questions evaluating the NPS score for a brand or the appeal of a product. The GroupSolver Library also contains trap questions to help filter out fraudulent respondents.
The Library module within the Session Flow contains any templates you might have created yourself (please refer to the Creating Templates article).
Navigating the Library
First, you can enter the Study design for the Study you would like to work with.
By clicking the “+” to add a new module, you will see “Library” at the end of the module options.
Once you select the “Library” module, you will see it opens up a drop-down list of questions you may choose from to insert into your study. You can search for a particular question using the “search” bar.
Private and Public Templates
There are two types of templates available in the GroupSolver Library. Private templates refer to those you create within your account; only account members can view these templates. Public templates are available for all who have access to the GroupSolver Dashboard.
If you have created your own question templates, you will also find these under the "Library" module. Search for the template name, or it can be found at the bottom of the list under “Private Templates.” Only users in the account will be able to see these private templates, and you will not be able to see any other accounts’ templates.
Once you find the question you are looking for, you can click on the name, and it will be inserted into your study flow. From there, it will act as a regular choice question: you can modify and customize the options to how you'd like.
Trap Questions
GroupSolver has a variety of trap questions for you to choose from. We recommend including trap questions in your study to weed out respondents who provide invalid responses to the data.
For example, some respondents may continue through the study absentmindedly, not paying attention to the answer to a question and only trying to reach survey completion. To filter these respondents out, refer to the "Library" module and select from our list of trap questions requiring real respondent interaction for respondents to continue down the survey path.
