LiveSlides is a powerful tool that allows you to create your shareable LIVE presentation with just a few clicks while the survey is still running. This article will show you how to present your LiveSlides presentation, share it with your colleagues, or export it to PDF, shall you need to.

To start the Presenter view, click on the “Play” button.

The presentation opens up in a new browser tab.

To start sharing, click on the "Share" button in the top right part of the screen. By default, sharing is turned off, and the presentation is private. Click on the toggle to generate the sharing link.

Copy the link to share the presentation with your colleagues. You can also refresh the link to generate the new one. The old one will stop working.

If you want to export your presentation in PDF format, click on the three dots next to the "Play" button. It will open up a menu where you will select "Export to PDF."

You can click the download icon to copy data from the selected chart to the clipboard as a table. Paste this data in Excel to create your own visualization.

You can add floating comments by clicking on the sticking note icon. After that, click anywhere in the presentation where you want to leave your comment.
