Learn how to use our visual reports to your benefit

Updated over a week ago

This article will show you how to access our various visual reports, what they contain, and how to work with them.

Click on the "Reports" tab while in the Study design.

This will open a window with all reports associated with the study you currently have open. The reports were automatically generated while your study was collecting data.

To access a report, click on a question. This will open all reports associated with that particular question. Click on the report you would like to view.

To view your qualitative data, refer to the visual reports AI Open-End™, Consensus Solution™, IdeaCloud™, IntelliSegment™, IdeaCluster™, and Free Text Answers.

For quantitative information, refer to Choice Answers. The reports Allocation Answers, Ranking Answers, and Matrix Answers are useful if you included an allocation, ranking, or matrix question type within your study.

Each report contains one question and one chart. You can customize your chart appearance in the "Chart Options."

There is a table below each report. By default, it contains Answers. In this case, the Answer is the unique idea presented by the crowd.

The first three numbers indicate whether the respondents agreed, were neutral, or disagreed with the Answer.

Next are the support strength (%) and the confidence interval (%).

To learn more about how our themes work, click on "Themes."

When you look at the chart, you can see that it changed and displays Themes instead of Answers. Our AI has automatically grouped the Answers into Themes so that you don't have to do it manually.

You'll notice within the visuals that varying colors appear and other statements appear as grey. AutoThemes™ has separated statements into categories which are located at the top of the visual. Sometimes themes may not be categorized as you like them to be. You can modify this in the "AI Open-End manager" tab.

There is also a table below each chart. This table displays the Theme itself and the Number of answers the particular Theme contains. Next to it is the Theme support (%).

By default, each chart contains all completes. If you want to analyze a particular segment, click on "Data" above the chart visualization.
